Kevin, established the firm in 1984. Kevin holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He organizes and heads audits, tax preparation, financial planning, managerial and management audits, estate planning and financial counseling for the firm’s clients.

Kevin has been on the faculty at Saint Peter’s University for over 30 years and is currently a Professor, and Interim Director of the MBA and MS in Accountancy. He has taught undergraduate and graduate accounting courses from basic Financial Accounting to Advanced Accounting.

Outside of the firm, Kevin has memberships at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Association of University Professors.

Daniel, Enrolled Agent to IRS, has 30 years of accounting experience. He holds MBA degree and majored Business Administration from Seoul National University which is one of the top schools in Asia.

In addition to being a CPA, he has a credential of an enrolled agent to IRS, and Korean CPA.

He had started his professional career form Coopers & Lybrand and have worked for various corporations like Deloitte & Touche, Coca-Cola Bottling Korea, Fantage, etc. With this well-balanced accounting and industrial experience, he will provide variety of services of accounting and tax advice, personal and business tax preparation & consulting, compilation of financial statements, and review/audit services.

Karen, has been with the firm for the past 7 tax seasons. She graduated Cum Laude from Saint Peter’s College with a BS in Accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University College of Law.

Karen is an Assistant Professor at Saint Peter’s University in its Accounting and Business Law Department. She has taught various accounting courses including Federal Taxation.

In addition to being a CPA, Karen is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the New Jersey, New York and Arizona State Bars.

Linda, has worked with the firm for over 20 years. She received her formal education in bookkeeping and accounting from St. Peter’s University.

Linda provides bookkeeping services to many of the firm’s clients as well as handling their payroll and sales tax filing requirements. She also assists in the preparation of individual and business income tax returns.

Krystyna, has been working for Kevin Leeds and Associates for over 15 years. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Bergen Community College.

Krystyna provides bookkeeping services to many of the firm’s clients as well as handling their payroll and sales tax filing requirements. She also assists in the preparation of individual and business income tax returns.

Christine, has worked with the firm for over 10 years. She provides bookkeeping services to many of the clients as well as handling their payroll filing requirements. She also assists in the preparation of individual income tax returns.
